Using Slack for team communication? With our Slack integration, you can easily and quickly notify your team when you encounter a bug. Connect Bug Capture to your Slack workspace to get channel-specific real-time notifications whenever a new session is uploaded to the shared Bug Capture workspace. Each real-time notification auto-includes the clickable link to open the session.

Integration setup

Go to your workspace settings and navigate to Integration settings
Enable the toggle of Slack
Input all authentication steps in the popup to connect Bug Capture to your Slack account
After the integration is completed, the toggle is ON
A list of Collections will be displayed, then select a Slack channel to configure to each Collection
Slack integration is ready for you to optimize your work stream
