Overview

Does your organization use Azure DevOps to collaborate in the development process? With our Azure DevOps integration, you can work more efficiently with your team and have a better workflow by using Bird.

• Create an Azure issue directly from Bird bug report. Each Azure issue consists of a Bird bug report link and other built-in custom fields that allow you to customize inputs.
• To provide more information for your team, simply add a bug report as a comment in an existing Azure issue.

Integration setup

1. Go to your workspace settings and navigate to the Integration settings
2. Click on the toggle for Azure DevOps
3. Input all authentication steps in the popup to connect Bird to your Azure account
4. After the integration is completed, you can see that the toggle is ON.
5. Go to your Azure DevOps account, enable third-party application access via OAuth
6. Head back to your Bird workspace and open the bug report that you want to post to Azure
7. On the top right, click on the Azure icon to open Azure’s custom fields
8. Enter information to these fields and click the Create Issue button
9. You'll see a success message with a clickable link to open the Azure issue
