There are no limits on the amount of team members in a workspace. Only Admin roles are allowed on our Free plan.
The only limits we have is Integrations (they are not available on Free plans) and the number of sessions that can be uploaded each month (15 sessions/month). Free plan users also do not have access to features like Web SDK, E2E Helper, or setting default session titles.
