Get billing support

Our payments provider, Paddle, will assist you on any billing-related matters.

You can contact Paddle Support directly following these steps:

  • Login to your Bird account
  • Head over to Settings
  • Click on Subscription Plan
  • Click on Billing Support under the Manage plan section to send an email to Paddle Support
  • Your email client should open a new email message with the subject prefilled with the necessary details Paddle will need to process your request
