Simple free vacation tracker for 2020
We have searched for a simple vacation tracker that would be free to use, but didn't really find anything on the first page of Google :) So we decided to create our own.
Who is it for?
We hope that companies under 10 people will find it useful. It's a Google Sheet, so it doesn't have all the features of a "professional" vacation tracker. Nonetheless, it suits our needs, so it might suit yours as well.
How to use it?
Just make a copy of the Google Sheet and feel free to customise it if needed.
Features
The calendar shows Months, Dates and Days of the week. Weekends and public holidays are highlighted.
The tracker automatically counts how many days of vacation are left this year for a given employee.
Employees can choose one of the following types of days off:
- Full vacation day
- Half-day
- In lieu
- Sick leave
- Other
You can configure the following parameters:
- Number of vacation days per year
- If sick leave counts towards vacation times
- Public holidays for your country
