Job description

Bird is a quickly growing SaaS startup looking to formalize HR processes. For this, we are looking for someone who is up for the challenge of establishing solid HR foundations for future growth. Things you'll do

  • Develop HR processes and guidelines where they have not yet been established
  • Create and refine job descriptions
  • Place and monitor job ads on various platforms
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process
  • Communicate with outside recruiters
  • Nurture a positive working environment

  • Restructure our employee-review-systems
  • Monitor and quantify employee satisfaction
  • Research, recommend, and execute HR policies
  • Evaluate and maintain HR budgets

Job requirements

  • Eagerness to assume responsibility for impactful tasks
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • We employ worldwide (with some caveats). If you are a German tax resident - we can offer full time employment. For anyone else we can only offer contract employment at this time. We are not able to provide any visa or relocation support.

It would be even better if you...

  • Have 2 years or more of recruiting experience
  • Have experience with tech recruiting
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Organization Behavior, or a related field.
  • Speak German fluently
